Summary
Join us for a hands-on Xello refresher focused on helping students move from interest discovery to intentional planning, while aligning your work to the Wisconsin Career Readiness Standards!
We will cover the following topics:
ACP Completion Standards in Xello your way- learn how to align state expectations with your district’s unique needs
Beyond the Matchmaker- what students do next and how to guide them there
Building a Meaningful Student Portfolio- helping students tell their story through Xello
Aligning Experiences to Career Readiness Standards- making learning visible and intentional
Review of the New Wisconsin Career Readiness Standards with district action planning time- identify next steps you can implement right away
This Community of Practice will be held in person at CESA 7. We are excited to welcome a Xello trainer for our morning session. For districts that are unable to attend in person, a virtual link will be available for the morning portion of the training.
The afternoon session will focus on a review of the Wisconsin Career Readiness Standards and practical ways to intentionally incorporate them into Xello. District teams will be provided with guided action steps and dedicated work time to support implementation in their local context.
Who Should Attend: School counselors, ACP team members, and anyone supporting student career planning through Xello
